| There are many options available to choose. Typically, our consultants can provide immense support and value added services through remote connectivity options, with reduced cost for clients. Travel expenses will be paid by the clients, in case, if travel is needed. We prefer to reduce your cost by supporting you remotely and we do understand that it might be prudent to travel in few cases. |
 Retainer option:
You can buy a block of hours per month or per quarter. We will provide an oncall number and backup number to call. For emergencies, a call can be made to access our senior consultant. We can schedule a visit to review or review remotely your databases and applications, if there are no emergencies in a quarter. |
Emergency basis:
We can provide our services on emergency basis. There is no contract to sign and you buy a small block of time to resolve emergency issues. Of course, different rates apply to emergency services. |
Longer contract basis:
We also provide services for longer contract duration. Our consultants are specialist in their field. Comparing to big consulting company rates, our rates provide much better value to our clients. We typically advice our clients to consider cost of a solution also, rather than just rate. |
